This hat is simple to adjust with just a turn of the knob to tighten so it stays securely on your head. I can bend over and not have to worry about it falling off. This is important while working on cutting trees and picking up limbs on your property. With 30 mostly wooded acres, there is a lot of tree maintenance here. The inside straps work like a cradle to absorb the shock, protecting your head from injury. There is a good amount of space between them and the inside of the hardhat. Sturdy and well made to avoid getting any dents in your noggin from falling debris. And a well written instruction page for proper usage on fitting and adjusting.
WELL THIS IS A REALLY GREAT MADE HARD HELMET, WITH A COMFORTABLE FIT, LOVE THAT IT HAS ABOUT A 2 INCH BRIM RIDGE AROUND HAT, MEETS ALL ANSI STANDARDS, ASND FITS MY MED LARGE HEAD.
5 stars! I highly recommend the Hart ANSI Type 1, Class G (General), Full Brim Hard Hat. It's very comfortable to wear. You'll forget you have it on after a while. It has a full brim design. It offers one handed adjustable suspension. You just push in the adjustment knob and either expand or contract the inner band so the hat will fit snuggly on your head. Besides providing work place protection for your head, it's a nice looking hat too. It offers adjustable height suspension. It has cushioned suspension and crown pads. This is a Type 1 hard hat. Type 1 hard hats reduce the blow from the force of an impact to the top of the head. This is also a Class G (General) hard hat. Class G Hard Hats are designed to reduce exposure to low voltage conductors to the head only. This hard hat offers great protection for your head while remaining comfortable to wear. 5 stars! I highly recommend the Hart ANSI Type 1, Class G (General), Full Brim Hard Hat.
This hard hat is well made and seems very durable. I feel like it would protect my head very well if something dropped on my head while I'm wearing the hat. I really like that it is has a full brim since it adds a little extra protection while giving me a little sun protection. There are three straps inside of the hat to prevent my head from touching the hard plastic. There is a cushion on the back and front of the hat that helps make it comfortable to wear. It is easy to adjust to different head sizes. There is a blue knob that you push and twist, it is easy to do with one hand. You can even adjust it while it is on your head for a perfect fit.
I volunteer at Habitat for Humanity and and use this HART hard hat as PPE for when we are assigned to job sites. The hat is rated as ANSI Type I, Class G, and is durable and well-made. The one-handed ratcheting adjustment allows it to be fit to any size, along with a suspension height adjustment feature. In addition to being lightweight, can honestly say this is the most comfortable safety equipment I have ever worn.
This is a really nice hard hat I work in a manufacturing facility, we have overhead cranes though out most of our building. This hat is great to wear all day. It's comfortable, and you don't even notice it after a while. It feels really strong, I can tell that this hard hat will protect me from just about anything. The plastic feels really thick and strong, but not too heavy. The headband that hold the hard hat to your head seems to be really good quality, it's easy to put on, as well as tighten onto your head. When it's tightened up, it doesn't pinch your head at all, it feels kind of like a motorcycle helmet. The suspension system is comfortable, it's basically just some elastic straps, not sophisticated by any means which is a good thing if you ask me. The less complex of a product, the less points of failure there are.
I've been wanting a hard hat for some time and I finally got one. I got the white Hart Hard Hat which is a type I/class G hat. It comes with a full brim which is great. It was super easy to adjust and fits so comfortably on my head. I love that it has , cushioned suspension and crown pads to create that much more comfort. This protects my head when I'm working on projects around the house like when I am repairing some of the gutters alongside our house which I've been doing recently. I like the Hart brand and I like this hat. I would recommend it.
The hat does the job. Easy to fit and seems protective. It it hard enough to protect your head but not to hurt it. The item arrived very well packaged and fast.
My husband is using this HART White Full Brim Hard Hat and he likes it very much! It fits better than the hard hats which his employer has provided for the mechanics at his shop. He normally wears a size 8 hat, which is quite large, so it can be difficult to find any type of hat to fit him. He's even able to work upside down with this hard hat on and it has not fallen off! He also stated that this hard hat is very comfortable. (It's not hot in the Midwest yet, so we aren't sure how comfy it will be in the summer.) He said he's not crazy about the full brim because it does make the hard hat somewhat heavier. However, he stated that the very good fit makes up for that small inconvenience.
My husband does a lot of work around our home so having this Hart Hard Hat is definitely helpful. I like knowing that he can now wear this when doing jobs to protect his head. We like that it has adjustable suspension inside of the hard hat making it customizable versus one size fits all. The hat is comfortable, the suspension is well cushioned providing a comfortable fit. The construction of the hat appears well built and strong and built to last.
