Our bird loves this food and at her last vet check she was happy and healthy. Will be buying again.

This blend didnt have any peanuts in it like the last time I bought it.
For a company that prides itself on providing the best for pets, the quality control on this food has continued to go downhill for a year. There is no way I could continue to feed this tiny food to a macaw. Even my smaller bird pushes most of the filler seed out of the dish onto the floor. If I get a handful of suitable food in an 8lb bag I'm lucky.
I bought this seed mix because the store I normally buy my birds food from was closed for the weekend. After a few days I started to notice moths flying around the room where my birds and the seed were. I went to scoop out some food for my bird and moths flew out of the bag. I immediately through the seed away. That was over a month ago and I still have moths in my bird room. I have my seed now stored in the freezer so that these moths can not infest that bag as well. The moths are now flying around my house and I carry a fly swatter as I walk through my house. I will never ever ever ever buy any Hartz seed again.
i bought this food for my cockatoo. she started to eat but after stopped for a while and whole day did not touch any food anymore. My Daughter try to feed the parrot and finally touched her eye accidentally: and shocked ! HOT PEPPERS ARE IN THE FOOD !!! She did not see after for a while and started to cry. My bird did not eat just shivered all day / when i realized this bird food included hot peppers !! what kind of food is it? where is the sign about it is hot??? We had a hard day because i did not it is hot and did not know what to do with my daughter\'s eye - she had pain. Horrible experience !! never again! I am going back to the store and make a complain!!!
