My grandson loves this so much, that he wants to buy it for his friend for HIS birthday as well.
My daughter (age 7) loves all things Spongebob, and she loves Connect 4. This was a great buy for her, bringing 2 favorites together. It's easy to set up, although you have to put all the stickers (spongebob and patrick) on all the pieces. Thankfully with 2 of us doing it it didn't take long at all. There are 2 modes of play, regular or the bikini bottom way which uses 'blockers'. We tried it that way at first but it just wasn't as much fun. So we put them back in the box and played the normal way. You may like the new gameplay choice though. All a matter of preference. Overall it was a great buy as we've all played it several times already since xmas. If your kids like Spongebob and can understand the concept of the game then by all means pick this up :-)
It's the connect 4 I remember but with spongebob. This is a great family game. We like it.
I liked the product very much and it was it good shape upon arrival.
I purchased this for my sons 6th birthday. He loves sponge bob :) The game itself was easy to put together and easy to play. A colorful version to a classic game.
my daughter loves this new twist on my favorite childhood game. she is a 4 years old who loves to watch spongebob. as soon as she saw this product she knew she wanted it. she will not put it down.
My 4 yr old grandson wanted this for Christmas. He really enjoys it.
I shop on line for products a great deal before I go to the store. This game was purchased as a birthday gift for my 6-year old great nephew, who loves Sponge Bob. He is at the right age to begin to learn the skills the game requires, and he can enjoy the game for years to come. Wal-mart was the only convenient store that had the game in stock, which I was able to confirm on line. The game is a little pricey, but not exhorbitantly so. It was a definite hit with the birthday boy and older guests as well (various aged adults were also there).
You would think for the price the chips would come ready for playing but you have to apply the stickers to each side before you begin.
