After seeing a YouTube video on this game, I knew I had to purchase it. Trying to find it in store was impossible before Christmas but I was able to purchase it at Walmart.com and picked it up in the store. I also took note of other reviews and purchased additional mouthpieces on Amazon.com as I knew we would be playing this game with more than 5 people at a time. Every time we have played this, everyone has been in tears with laughter. The object of the game is that you put in the mouthpiece and have to read a saying on a game card with your team mates having to guess what you are saying within the time limit. Be sure to wash mouthpieces after use!!
When I pulled out this game the tween's couldn't get the box open fast enough. The rules were simple to follow and they were playing it within 10 min. Listening to them saying simple phrases was hysterical and the adults started to jump in and play. This held everyone's interest and took about 45 min to complete the game. The kids mouth did get sore and we had to remind them to take the mouth pieces out when it wasn't their turn. This will get a lot of family play over the Holiday season. Speak Out is a great game that everyone can enjoy. The mouth pieces were a little tricky to figure out at first. Just remember to squeeze it together tightly to make it small enough to fit in your mouth. (And remember to wash them afterward). The game really is so much fun. It kept our family laughing for hours!

It really is so much harder than you think to speak with the mouth guard installed. We didn't let the kids play with the mouth guard but they had just as much fun guessing and seeing the adults with their goofy faces. Definitely get ready to wipe up the drool from the table and floor from playing this game. Definitely an awesome game for a group of folks and even for those she are just watching on the side has so much fun. Great for gatherings for friends and family. Love this game. It is super goofy and lots of fun. Just seeing each other with the mouth pieces is more then enough to get you going. A few more mouth pieces would be nice though as 5 is not enough if you are playing with a large group. Oh and of course you need to clean them well afterwards if you are planning to share. We played for a few hours the first time and it got a bit fatiguing on the mouth and left gums a bit sore. This was to be expected so all in all we were ok with it. If you are looking for a fun holiday or when ever game for the whole family this is it. I would say its just as fun as games like Pie face so you should have a great time with it. The noises that come out of a person's mouth once the mouth piece is in, are just hilarious. It becomes all the more fun after a few drinks. My one recommendation – just record the game, you might be able to make some crazy viral videos and get famous. The game is pretty simple, put a mouth piece in, read the cards and let the other players guess what you are saying. The product comes with 5 mouth piece. I've washed mine in a dishwasher and they come out perfect. The only issue – don't have the mouthpiece in for too long – the muscles will start hurting (similar to your dentist visit). If you are in need for a few mouthpiece, just search for cheek retractors and you should be able to buy more.

We had a ton of fun playing this at our recent early family Christmas gathering. The only thing was, the mouthpieces that come with the game are quite large. I had ordered some others (not Hasbro) from Amazon, which were smaller and more comfortable. Overall, I would totally recommend this game. We never realized how hard B's, P's and W's are to say when you can't purse your lips!
This game was fantastic on thanksgiving after everyone had a few drinks. Get this game for friends who are confident looking absolutely ridiculous. I only wish that you could buy just the mouth pieces from walmart. We ended up having to make up a new way to play- had 5 teams of two, first 3 rounds one teammate had it, second 3 rounds it was the opposite. But it worked out. Really really funny!
