I have used Head & Shoulders throughout my life whenever my scalp is feeling dry. I have never tried the almond oil option before. First off, this smells AMAZING. I love the way it makes my hair smell afterwards. It works very well for relieving any dry scalp symptoms I might be experiencing, too. I did receive this product in exchange for an honest review, all opinions are 100% my own.
This is the shampoo my entire family uses. Gentle enough to use everyday.
At 56 I have experienced many shampoos. For years I struggled with psoriasis and dandruff. About 15 years ago I started using Head and Shoulders, Almond dry scalp care shampoo only. WOW! Amazing! In about a month my scalp cleared up and only once, when I tried a different shampoo again, did I experience a problem. I immediately went back to H&S. I am a believer and have told others about this amazing shampoo and they have also been successful. Thank you for this wonderful product!
Although this shampoo is used for dandruff as much as itchy scalp relief I primarily used it for my itchy scalp. After every shower my head would always be itchy. After using this shampoo and conditioner for a few weeks I started realizing that my scalp wasn't as itchy as it used to be. I almost saw instant relief in my scalp. I definently recommend this product!
This shampoo helped with my husbands dry scalp. This contains almond oil to sooth dry scalps. This shampoo lathers really nice and rinses off clean. The scent was quite soothing and not overwhelming. I would repurchase this product and do recommend.
I decided to try this product after I got severe dandruff from an irritated scalp. I used this product every day and it did work. However, I noticed that it was starting to leave a sticky (almost waxy) residue on the surface of my hair. I don't use any other hair products so I'm not sure what's causing it. Maybe it's the almond oil?
I hate to give a bad review but this product simply did nothing to clarify my scalp. I was rooting for it and just sad. Also, the scent doesn't smell almondy to me. Sorry guys :(
I'm using this product more than 5 years. It gives me a good result. But recently purchased one has no same quality as before. Before shampoo was thick now it is loose and looks like normal shampoo. It's doesn't work like previous dandruff are coming back soon after using.
I used this shampoo and conditioner because I had really scalp.But by the time I used it the second time my scalp was actually burning.So I had to go out to get something more gentle for my hair more
I love this shampoo, but the bottle hurts my nails, so today I tried opening it with the side of my thumb, AND I CUT MY THUMB BC ITS SO SHARP. I'm not sure why this is the bottle design they use, but that takes a 5 star rating down to a 1 when I have to put a bandaid on after showering because it's so difficult to open.
