This was exactly what I needed - wish that it had come with my TENS unit - it came with four pad that could all be used at once but only one holder that holds two pads! At least I was able to get another pad holder.
Nice little gadget to hold the self sticking pads on. It helps them last longer. They shipped fairly quickly too.
I left my pad on top of my car when I needed to use my tens unit after work. Then a call from my wife and I forgot about the pad. Nice to know that I could buy just the plastic pad to put my sticky electrodes on. Great job!

These pad holders are nice in that you can wrap the wires around them when not in use. However, I do have one issue with them. The glossy paper instructions showing the pad placement on them comes off after repeated use, rendering them useless until you remove the paper & glue residue left behind. Good concept, just needs improvement.
