It's a bit on the pricey side for one meal, but for a convenient lunch or light dinner, it's pretty good. In some ways, it's not much different than a can of beef stew, but the quality and taste is much better. The sodium is a little high, but not bad at all compared to other frozen dinners. The cover photo is a good representation of the product. I get them about twice a month when I don't want to cook but want something that is relatively healthy.
