This product is great - it's high quality for your money, and the amount of the inositol that you actually get in a tsp is very high. Some other products mislead you by weight/size but a tsp doesn't deliver as much of the vitamin.
I take it to help out my anxiety. Works well.
Cheap quality gave me really bad indigestion problems. Going back to using the pricier brand (better quality)
