I could not believe how high tech and amazing these are especially when it came to canceling out background noise. I found them very easy to use, directions are understandable and the actual ear bud fits comfortably in my ear. The sound quality is on par or better then the ones I was currently using and I will absolutely be switching over to these full time. Can't believe I was lucky enough to to try these in exchange for an honest review.
These hearing assist connect rechargeable full streaming hearable kit in the color white was immaculate! I could hear everything it was like a whole new world opened up to me. It was super crisp and clear. My great grandmother like them better than her hearing aids. I also like that you could use them to listen to music. They charge quickly and work great. I would highly recommend them.
Hearing Assist CONNECT Rechargeable in the Full Streaming Ear Hearable is an incredible, modern, tech-savvy, stylish option to hear all of life's wonderful moments. I use it with my Apple smartphone to listen to music and audio calls. It transitions seamlessly between functions. The Hearing Assist app is super easy to use and allows for personalization and customization of settings. No need to buy or replace batteries, as they are rechargeable. The battery length is great (12 hours in full hearing mode and 2 in constant streaming mode), and the case battery provides 4 charges prior to needing a charge. The sounds is crystal clear and high quality - you can't hear any background noise. Definitely recommend!
My hearing loss has gotten much worse now that I'm getting older. I did not have thousands of dollars for hearing aids. These came in handy. Although having something in your ears takes a little getting used to, they made a huge difference in my ability to hear clearly. They have to sit firmly in your ear. At home I can watch TV without having to turn it up loud, talk to my husband without having to have him repeat everything, go shopping and actually hearing the clerk or cashier. I will say I don't like to wear them in a loud restaurant, but generally I don't have to as it's not only loud to me and everyone talks louder. Over all I'm very happy with the clarity and It is so nice to be able to hear everything. They are easy to adjust and once I got used to them being in my ears, they are perfectly comfortable. The self charger is also nice. The app is great too. I would definitely recommend!
I'm writing this review on behalf of my dad (Pops), who I gave these to as a gift. He started having some trouble hearing over the past year-ish. He owned a cheap pair of in-ear amplifiers but rarely used them bc they didn't help much and he disliked the way they looked. So, when he saw these Hearing Assist Hearables he was excited. He really likes the way they look because they look a lot like a certain popular brand of ear buds. The main aspect of these digital Hearables that he loves is the amplification PLUS Bluetooth streaming. He can keep them in all the time, even when making/answering phone calls or streaming from his phone and they will switch between the two modes automatically. He said that the Hearing Assist App is very helpful because of all of the customizable settings and the Hearing Check that will customize the settings to fit his hearing needs specifically. The "Restaurant" program is his favorite when around a crowd, which is when he had the hardest time hearing.
This is such a wonderful kit. My dad suffers from Alzheimer's and hearing loss, and it is already difficult enough to communicate with him but his behind the ear hearing pieces just do not work sufficiently for him to hear well. I was so glad that I could introduce this kit to him. It is so easy to set up and personalize his needs with the Stream app. They work perfect to enhance people's speech and sounds and they suppress background noise and feedback The earpieces look just like earbuds and feel very comfortable and do not interfere with his glasses. I love that they are rechargeable and come with a rechargeable carrying case. The battery lasts up to 12 hours once fully charged and can even be charged on the go if necessary. This hearing assist connect kit has everything for my dad to be able to hear conversations and with the app it is easy to control the volume, background noise, music listening and tv watching. He can be part of a conversation again thanks to this awesome kit.

My experience with the hearing assistance device has been great. Sound is clear and consistent. No issues changing settings and great overall sound. My only drawback is how it looks like I'm wearing earphones all the time. Would have preferred if they were in Ear without the tail sticking out
I liked the style because they look like ear buds instead of hearing aids. I also liked that they used an app to adjust to my specific hearing needs. This prompted me to make the purchase and give it a try. Honestly, I think with further product development these could be a really great solution however it seems like they were rushed to market and therefore the performance and quality are lower than I would have expected for the price point. First off they seamlessly connected to my device using bluetooth but would not connect to the app per the provided instructions. I was finally able to connect them after many attempts and really more by chance than following the instructions. The app offered features used to test your hearing and tune the device to your specific frequency needs however I was never able to access that part of the app for some reason. The sound with no adjustment was VERY tin can like and not pleasant to hear. I was able to hear and understand the TV better but it still sounded like a tin can and a string. I called customer support twice and got an answering service both times with no calls back till 3 days later when I was out of town. I didn't bother returning the call and instead am returning the hearing assist devices. I'm thrilled that there are now over the counter hearing devices on the market but I guess it will take some trial and error to find some that work well and are reasonably priced. Company appears to be out of business even though Walmart is still selling their product (websites and phone numbers are non-functional). Battery life is almost non-existent and there is no manufacturer warranty recourse. Seems like we got the very end of old stock like so many hearingassist customers on their facebook page. Very disappointed that Walmart has no easy customer contact feedback to address this. Glad we purchased an extended warranty, but they are requiring us to try and get these "fixed" locally (we have to call places) before there is any chance of a refund. Fingers crossed that we either get these repaired so they'll charge properly or get a reimbursement.
