My grandma really appreciate this hearing assistant control device it works better than the one she has now ,it works through app so it control volume with or without the app, modes background noise, amplification of different frequency.... it's reachable has Bluetooth,receiver in canal & water resistant and has crystal clear digital sounds. This hearing assistant device has better function better quality and better design and nicer color silver... My grandma cry when she received this product because her hearing is must better and this is much easier to work.
We are so in love with this hearing aid. My 86 yr old grandmother can hear loud and clear again. Super user friendly my grandma has no issues at all operating the device Bluetooth setup was a piece of cake. I tried the device my self to make sure they were no issues with the device staying in place after jumping up and down, running, shaking head and dancing I can say these hearing aid stayed in place don't have to repositioned at all. I'm so happy for my grandma she is now more engaged in family conversation. Love the small compact carrying case charging the device is so easy no need to have battery replace just charge at night.
Great product. Local Walmart pharmacists were clueless about this item. I was able to get help about the product over the phone with someone at corporate who gave me the correct Walmart stock number so that I could order it online. Hearing Assist folks did not return calls. I was able to get answers to my questions using Google searches.
Overall this was a very easy product to set up and use straight from the box. My grandma, who is not the most tech savvy, was able to use it with little issue. It was perfect for her to use to listen to the TV which is when she struggles the most to hear what's going on. It's easy to store right next to her recliner and have ready whenever she wants to watch.
I received the Hearing Assist Control Rechargeable RIC Bluetooth kit and I am amazed. First off, hearing has never been as great as it is wearing these. With the Bluetooth and the app, you can control virtually anything and everything. Through the app, you can control volume, background noise, different modes, and you can also adjust the amplification of various frequencies as well as a lot more. A couple other features that are great are the fact that they are waterproof as well as rechargeable. No more changing batteries, just set them the base. The batteries themselves last a long time. These look and work great and I highly recommend.
These hearing aids are easy to use. The sound is clear and is amplified nicely. Having the RIC is a nice touch and helps to direct the sound into the ear better. The app is alright it's nice when it works but sometimes can not find my device. If you have never worn this style before it takes some time to get used to. And if you move around too much they slip or bounce around they back of your ear
The hearing assist control rechargeable helps amplify the sound so you can hear things better. I like that it is Bluetooth compatible and I can hook it up to my iPhone. It makes it very convenient. You can tune it to suit your personal needs. You don't need to have a smartphone to use the Hearing Assist. I also like that the ear tubes are flexible so you can customize how they fit your ears. They are easy to recharge and they don't take up too much space to store them. I definitely recommend these to others.
R hearing aid did not charge when left on charger overnight Hearing Assist customer service is not responsive
I have tried multiple times to contact you on the only number available. I never get to talk to a real person and no return calls. My hearing aids are supposed to stay charged for 20 hours. I'm lucky to get 8 hours. I also sent an email and still no response. Do I send them back and receive a new pair or what do I do.?
FALSE ADVERTISING, THEY HAVE NO customer support at all, very misleading, NO WAY TO GET HELP, number they give is false, never a live person at any time. Walmart needs to get rid of this FALSE advertsement, have meeting with corporate office Friday. Have not tried yet, as first hearing aid with NO SUPPORT AND INSTUCTIONS DO NOT WORK. Too many online places that sell, DO HAVE HELP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE , DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL BE RETURNING THEM TO WALMART BEFORE 30 DAYS. If they were to break after the 30 days, you would be out, as you will get no help. Go to credit card company, then.
