Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Microwave Oven (1100 Watts): Lift black tab and tear off crisping top along dotted lines. Save crisping top. Remove topping pouches. Thaw cheese sauce pouch in warm water. Save the bacon & cheese pouch. Spread out fries in a single layer. Cover fries with crisping top. Put the silver side down so that it touches the fries. Microwave fries on high for 4 minutes and 30 seconds. Remove fries from microwave and discard crisping top. Add cheese sauce with bacon & cheese onto fries. Microwave fries on high for an additional 1 minute to melt the cheese.
