I got this for my friend who is a stroke victim and has bad neuropathy pains in his shoulders and mid back area. He says he loves the heating pad. He loves the aromatherapy, the weight and heat level are positioned perfectly which sooths his pains. I got this along with some air compression therapeutic boots and the combined therapy puts him right to sleep.
