This one was the best price for the count and amount per serving. It is 250 capsules with 400 mg of change tree vetry and no harmful ingredients added.I was suggested this to help with my hormonal imbalance. Have been taking it for a few weeks and haven't had any side affects. I had one period in the meantime and I definitely had less acne, less pain and I feel like I was less moody too. It is hard to tell if its the product that helped my pain but it hasn't been causing me any problems so I plan to keep on taking it.
i have been perimenopausal now for about 3 months...mood swings were my worst issue, and this supplement seems to be helping to control them...thank goodness!
I love the effect taking vitex has on how I feel. This supplement is straightforward and helpful. It does seem to be less potent than the other brand I've been taking so I doubled my dose (despite the warning on the label not to do so), however, it's still a good deal for the money.
Tried using these but they have a bad taste. And when i swallow them, i start burping up the taste even when i swallow them so quick. Really wanted to give these a try to see if theyd work but i just cant :(
