Completely crushed. Surprised Walmart orders are usually delivered in good shape
so mad why say its solid when its hollow i paid a lot for a hollow piece of candy and it was gonna be a beautiful center display now i gotta find something better. my kids always expect the best. So hershey im not to happy right now.
Ordered this for my toddler for Valentine's Day, it arrived late, opened and broken. I did receive a refund from Walmart which was nice of them, however that aside the product was a disappointment buy this item in store if you can. My shipping box arrived in perfect condition not a dent anywhere to be found on a brand new box, the kiss looked like it had been purposely broken before packaging.
The item would have been great if it wasn't crushed when I received it from pick up at store when I ordered online. Super disappointed
I order three they all arrived busted into several pieces. It said II they were solid they were hollow and they arrived 3 days late. The condition was so bad I would be embarrassed to give as a gift
The chocolate was open..and it looked like someone bit the chocolate
The package was delivered and it is in pieces It was for my granddaughter very disappoint
This is very disappointing it is hollow and broken in transit and the product does not tell you that it is hollow. The contents were smashed and not worth the money
