Over the years, I've been taking CoQ10 (the 100mg capsules) on and off. Previously, I took this supplement just simply for its known antioxidant properties. Recently, I went to refill my cholestherol medicine, and was advised by the physicist to consider taking CoQ10 supplement. He mentioned something like CoQ10 will help to neutralize certain harmful properties from my cholestherol medicine. In addition, it is also beneficial for my heart. So, here I am, buying this 200mg high strength CoQ10 supplement.
the quality is great...dosage perfect...I am 60 years old and after 1 week of taking I feel I have much more Power.. very quick home delivery...no Taste....
Good product. I cannot see if its working, but Dr put me on statin which I am not going to take and after reading reviews from many black garlic product, they say to also take CoQ10 to lower Cholesterol. Have been taking for 1 month now. Dr prescribed Statin a month ago for 3 months. Then I get another blood test. So will be interesting to see if this and the Black Garlic helped. Hoping it does so that when she says "look the Statin is working" I can say "Nope, I havent been taking it, I have been taking Black Garlic and CoQ10"
I trust this brand. But i did notice that the bioperene is 5mg per capsule regardless of whether you get 100 mg coq10 or 200 mg. i guess it is suffient for either dosage to help with absorption. The packaging could be smaller as the capsules only fill about a third of the bottle - just an environmental thought.

I honestly haven't noticed any difference in how I feel but they seem like good quality. I dont feel nauseated or dizzy after taking it. When i take them, i feel like im doing something good for my body. I will be repurchasing. Theyre also USP certified!

Was looking around for antioxidants supplements and came across CoQ10. After reading about its benefits, decided to give it a try. Had a blood pressure which was slightly on the high side but since taking it, I am back on the normal range. And not sure if it's the supplement, I also no longer feel as sleepy during the day.
