Short story, top notch customer service who made everything right when I called customer service at 10 pm Saturday night. By 10 am Tuesday ( Christmas Eve) I had the correct order in my hand even though shipping was much more expensive than the product, they paid for the shopping since their original shipment was the wrong product. I offered to have the slower, cheaper shipping but the agent insisted i have my order correct and in time for a Christmas gift. Thank you! Product is exactly what I expected it to be and has held up against a 14 month old and 7 year old.
Played well and the tone was good.
I have a seven-year-old son and a nine-year-old son I purchased those for them. Even though they cannot how have to use them correctly they do made beautiful and intriguing sounds. Exoplanet instrument for little ones to inspire music in their life
Sounds really nice and I like the little box it comes in. You get a code for a month of free online lessons, but we haven't tried that yet. I saw a chart on the back of the box that is really handy for determining which harmonica offers what sound, so we will be purchasing another harmonica (marine band) from this brand as well. The price was great too and our son loves it!!

My four year old loves his instruments but because of his age I don't like to spend a lot of money on them so this was perfect. And it seems very durable
