Great set!! The colors are exactly as in the photo. Generously size for those that like to bundle up at night. I have washed once and if it is not completely dry, the inside will bunch up, but it went away once I threw it back in the dryer. I have no use for the pillow shams but they make great night stand covers! Shipped site to store and received in 3 days!! For those looking for matching sheets or want to keep it from looking overly feminine, perfect match are the Flannel Sheet Set Blue Moon. Also on the website. These sheets are the blue/gray on the comforter, not navy as the picture portrays.
i bought pottery barn duvet covers last year. and this laurel comforter set really looks and feels like it. i have a king bed and pb's duvet pillow sham are standard size ,which i really hate. this one is all king size. and plus price is soooooo reasonable,,those buttons are sooooo cute. and thanks very much for previous customer's picture. that really helps!!!!
I can't believe this is from WalMart and no some high-end bedding company! The fabrics are very high quality, and it looks absolutely stunning on my bed. Sooooooooooooo thrilled with this set!
The product came in a secure heavy plastic bag with a handle, showing thru was the product inside. Good presentation. Quality and workmanship, and colors lived up to the expectatins. I would definitely recommend online shopping I purchased the comforter for my daughter in law and she and her family like it very much.
We just purchased a new mattress and our old comforter was not long enough to cover the sides. On a whim I ran into WalMart to see what they had and this one caught my eye. The pattern was not too floral and the colors not too bright. I brought it home and put on the bed. The colors went perfectly with my rug and wall colors. Even my husband was impressed with the color/pattern and you know that men don't usually comment on things like this. From others that I had viewed, either on line or in the store, this set is a great value. Am thinking of going back to purchase the other shams and/or throw pillows. I would highly recommend this purchase.
This is a really warm comforter and the material is nice and smooth. The print is unusual but very nice and the colors are soothing. The only drawback is that the trim is a faux button close duvet cover look and 4 of the buttons have popped off within 2 weeks of having it on the bed. Otherwise this was a good purchase for the money.
I had bought another comforter that I wasn't very happy with. I love all the patterns that are in the set. I have found the other stripe pillow shams at my Wal-Mart, but I haven't bought them yet. The comforter is cute, and seems to also be a great quality. I already had to wash it once, and it held up. The only bad thing was that one of the buttons came off. As other posters have said- the pictures on the net don't do it justice.
This is an excellent value for the money. The colors are great and the comforter is a good weight and BIG ... no tugging to get the comforter on my side of the bed. BUT, it would be nice to be able to get euro shams and decorative pillows to finish the look, but they are not availalbe. I have been trying to match one of the colors with other shams and pillows, but not having much luck!
more than meets my expectations! i bought one in the store for my grandmother and loved how it looked in the bedroom so i bought one for myself. it is excatly what it looks like. i was lucky that the walmart here had the matching decorative pillows. you will love this product.
I like this set very much. The background is not white, it is cream. My white and my blue sheets did not go with it very well so I bought tan ones. They look great! The blue ones really clashed. My white curtains did not go with it either so I bought lace ones in cream. I have not got them hung up yet. The panels are on back order. On the reverse the stripes are very thin and are muted green and blue, on a cream background. The flowers have green in them too, but when I first look at it, I only see seafoam blue and tan. The bed skirt was terribly wrinkled. I ironed it before putting it on the bed. The comforter I sprayed with "wrinkle release" My only concern is the comforter being wrinkled after I wash it . I don't like everything going back to 100% cotton. That only spells W R I N K L E S.
