I agree with other reviews I have read. It is a little challenging to put together. Having two people is definately a good idea. I love the extra throw pillows. It looks very nice and is comfortable! I definately recommend this product.
After putting this swing together with my husband (It really needs to be a team effort )This project really turns out to be a heavy weight And nicely built swing but it would less time consuming to have two people. Using your own wrenches.Instead of the one provided will speed the process greatly The tables on the sides are an enjoyable feature to put your drinks on and also they are clear from any swinging motion.This is a wonderful upgrade from the earlier models and well worth the price. The top is put on very tight.And the velcro around the inside of the top makes it very tight and strengths the fabric so it is not as likely to be blown over with the added weight and the difference in the top.I would recommend it to anyone.
We love this swing!! It swings so smoothly and it looks really expensive. The two tables are great for drinks or potted flowers.It is very comfortable and roomy. The canopy keeps it well shaded. The cushions are removable and are very well padded.It did take a while to put it togehter but most definetly worth it. I would highly recommened this swing!!!!!!!!!!
I purchased this item yesterday and had it assembled in about 1 1/2-2 hours. We had a couple of problems with missing bolts and a ripped cushion but customer service took care of that and is mailing out the new parts immediately. This swing is a great buy and worth the money. I would definitely recommend it to others.
After reading all the reviews about this product we went to Walmart and quickly purchased this swing. Found out from the store and other shoppers that this has been a hot item this summer. We got back home after 8:00pm, and finished putting together by 9:30pm. My husband did the majority of the work, I just assisted when needed. The swing is great, wasn't hard to figure out at all. Just remember to not destroy the paper backing on the screw/nut/bolt package and you won't have any problems. Every hole lined up perfectly and we only needed the allen wrench and a pair of pliers to put this together.
I agree with everyone here that have stated that this product was extremely difficult to assemble. I had to re-do several steps because of the lack of instructions or the lack of clear explanation of the instructions. However, once the swing is assembled it is wonderful. My family has had many enjoyable moments. It is very, very comfortable. I would recommend this product.
We purchased this swing, overall we are very happy with the comfort and look. It's the same pattern as our patio set that was purchased in store. We had a bit of a hard time with the instructions, but finally got it assembled. Overall, we think it was a great buy for the price, and would definetley recommend this product to others. We can't wait for summer time to enjoy it even more.
This is a great swing, but the instructions are very difficult to follow. And it took several hours for two people to put it together.
I ordered this swing after seeing comparable swings for at least $350-500 at other stores. Walmart charged $100 for freight shipping to VA which I thought was well worth it. I expected delivery to take a couple of weeks but was surprised when it came in 4 days later. Assembly took four hours! With both my husband and I working together. The directions are not the clearest or easy to decipher. We got through it finally and have a really nice comfy swing to show for it. It has a 750 pound weight limit so your safe with at least 3 adults or two adults and kids.
Nice swing, however, rather complicated to assemble. Swing only needs 1 size bolt, washer and nut to assemble, rather than 3 different size's. Having 3 different size bolts complicates assembly. Swing isn't completely assembled yet. Looking forward to finished product. Swing should go back to research & developement to simplify assembly.
