This Thermometer is so easy to use, just point push the button and you get a reading. I love it, no washing it off after every use. I can sneak in while someone is sleeping and check a temp without waking them up. The button is in a good natural spot. The display beautiful, large numbers and icons that are easy to read. I will never go back to the old school under the tongue. Highly recommend.

This Homedics infrared ear/forehead thermometer is great. It is so easy to use, super easy to go from checking your temp in your ear to your forehead. This takes 2 AAA batteries that are super easy to put in and take out, no screws to mess with just push on the button to open and push it back into place. The number display is large enough to see easily. I really like that it beeps loud enough to hear when it has read the temperature. Super easy to use on my grandkids, it does not have to touch their skin to get a reading and it is really fast. I like that this lets you know when the battery is low. This is a must have for your first aide box.
I got this to replace a thermometer I wasn't 100% sure was working correctly. The best part of this one is the ear thermometer option. This is a better way to get a temp in my opinion so I was thrilled this has that available. In testing the product, it would appear the temp is very accurate.
My old oral thermometer had died, and I had just replaced it with another oral one, thinking this type was probably more complicated, or less accurate because it’s not the “old-fashioned way”. Well, this thermometer has been a really pleasant surprise, and I am absolutely delighted with it, and how it functions. After installing the included batteries, and reading the directions, I found it absolutely simple to get an accurate temperature on the forehead, and in the ear. Since a measurement on the forehead requires no touching of the patient, it is not necessary to sterilize the thermometer after use, or in between patients if you are scanning multiple patients in a row. This is a great addition to the family First-Aid & miscellaneous box, and I’m really glad to have it.
This thermometer is super easy to use. Highly recommend light weight and comes with a storage bag so It's portable. Easy to read and had a accurate reading. Dual in ear or forehead use and reading is large print so it's easy to see. Lights up and not complicated to use. So easy kids can take their own temperature.
This works perfectly for small children that are fast on their feet despite being ill. It's not complicated to use and doesn't have a ton of annoying parts. It is definitely accurate as well. So far it's my favorite thermometer and we've had a ton through the years.
I really love this TIE-300A-WT, Infrared Ear/Forehead Thermometer. I thought it works very good. I do like that you just have to scan your forehead. It's so easy I also like the choice to check your temp in your ear. I did think the ear scan was more accurate though. You can store your scans up to 9 times which is cool. It has a low battery indicator also. It also comes with a cute storage bag. I recommend this thermometer to anyone needing a new thermometer.
The TIE-300A-WT, Infrared Ear/Forehead Thermometer is a vital addition to every home medicine chest. It takes body temperature quickly and accurately and without the need to come in contact with the body. This is especially important when taking temps of multiple people, like your husband and your grandkids. And it's instantaneous, so the little ones aren't squirming with that glass rod under the tongue. I checked the accuracy with the old style mercury thermometer and it was spot on. Detecting the early on set of illness is a lot easier with this thermometer.
This is a versatile infrared thermometer as it can be used to take one’s temperature by ear or forehead. On the other hand, though, it is not very easy to setup and the readings seemed low (97 degrees). The included owners manual really didn’t help much.
