The handheld controller makes it easy to change between the 2 different massage styles, 3 zones, and allows you to turn on or off the heat. I love how the massage kneads and vibrates the tissues deep down and the heat helps to loosen my muscles. This massager is easy to use and has straps to secure it to your chair. I appreciate that I can get a quality massage from the comfort of my own home. I highly recommend this product as it will not disappoint.
I bought this a few weeks ago and use it all the time. So relaxing. Good idea to have an automatic off at 15 minutes. Love how you can just do the lower back if you want.
My dad has tried several massage cushions, and this is the only one he hasn't had any complaints about! I tried it, and love it too. It is kind of expensive, but you will save money and time if you go ahead and skip the others and go ahead and buy this massage cushion.

It has an option to turn heat on and that helps tremendously, I will sit in my recliner, watch a movie and have the massager running and when I tell you I can sleep peaceful I mean it. It puts just enough pressure on your back. I highly recommend.

It fits perfectly in my recliner and in my office chair and in my kitchen chairs! It's very comfortable, made of nice soft material. You can change the settings to different massage or kneading levels, you can set it to massage certain areas and it has heat if you choose! Works very well!
This is our second chair massager by this brand. Our other one lasted 4 years. This one is similar , my husband said the heating element doesn't seem as hot as our old one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice massage chair and I've been impressed with how much better it makes my back feel than I expected. Shiatsu feels much more like someone rubbing it and beats vibration chairs for sure. It slowly works in circles up and down your back and you can also focus it to top/bottom/both. It does have a heat setting which turns on red lights in the 2 massagers and it does provide some heat...not a ton but some. I wish it would let me pause it to just work one specific spot in my back but it can only be limited to top or bottom. Not a deal breaker because it's still nice to have it to a zone. It also has vibration you can turn on which are in the 2 wing areas of the back. I'm pretty skinny so these don't help me much because they are upper hip level (I guess they would be love-handle area haha) and hardly touch my back. Overall it is really nice, very relaxing and I'm glad I have it!
