Ease of ordering was great. The item was very similar to the desk chair I was replacing. Price was far less than the local office supply store was charging for a similar chair. Delivery was quick-just a few days delivered to my front door. Assembly was easy. The chair is very comfortable even after many hours sitting in it. There were several fabric colors to choose from. I'd recommend this to anyone needing this particular item.
This is a comfortable chair that is reasonably priced. Assembly was easy. I would buy it again.
Very nice
Chair well made, easy to assemble, the downside is the seat. Very hard to set on it for any length of time. It will do for a little used chair for many occasions. Seat needs to redone with more and different padding. Then it will be a very good chair.

This is a fine medium duty chair. I spend a lot of time at my computer upwards of 8 hours a day some days. The back is nice and comfortable with good lumbar support. The seat is a bit thin on the cushioning and after a while in the seat it feels like I am sitting on a hard surface. Next time I will definitely upgrade to a better chair. It's tough to decide on the right chair online.
Seat cushion is way too thin. Chair becomes uncomfortable very quickly due to this. Gas cylinder leaks so chair slowly sinks down and I have to keep boosting it up again. Don't waste your money on this chair.
I'm returning it. This chair is super hard and uncomfortable and I would not consider high back, maybe for a short person. I have no head support like my old one.
Never buy a chair without having been able to sit in one at the store. I have to have a solid back due to a back problem and this chair would be returned except they don't allow returns.
