We bought this stool for my husband's workshop. He uses it for a little break when he's working on projects and finds it's comfortable to rest his back after standing for a long time. The casters roll very easily across the garage floor and the adjustable height is very helpful. We think it's a real good product for this application and no doubt, could be used for lots of other things in the office or even the kitchen at a counter.
OMG - these chairs are soo comfortable. My husband & I own a construction business and we do a lot of blueprint work. The chairs are the perfect height & are also very well made.
I purchased this chair because I needed one with lumbar support for my back. After extensive searching, I decided to give this one a try. I am very happy with the quality. It came mostly assembled so it was easily put together. It is comfortable, although I have not spent much time sitting in it, so I cannot say how it would feel to sit for a full day of work. I guess my only complaint would be the fabric, I would prefer to have a leather instead of cloth as I have dogs and their hair sticks to it. Other than that this chair is very much worth the cost.
This chair was purchased to be used at work for use at counter height and it is perfect. Very comfortable for long periods of time. The combination of the waterfall seat and adjustable foot rail is great.
I received delivery of my task stool within 2 days, so fast! The box was giant but that was because the only assembly required was to take the seat and plop it onto the base...DONE! The quaility of the stool surpasses what I expected, very High Quality! The padding in the seat and back is more than ample, the upholstery is very durable and heavy duty, the casters are smooth and fast rolling. My purchase was fast, easy and most satisfying.
Got it about a week ago and love it so far. Very comfortable. Good quality.
We are oleased with the purchase and it meets our needs as expected.
Purchased for a kitchen cabinet height front desk in a doctor's office. The staff loves it & I've been thanked several times for getting it. "Assembly" consists of taking the pre-assembled seat and the pre-assembled base out of the box, putting the seat on the base, and sitting on it. Once we figured out the height adjustment (the lever is flush with the right bottom of the seat and there was no manual showing where it was) it's worked well, being used by staff ranging from 5' 2" to 6'1". So far, it's holding up well, has been very steady with both sitting and rolling, with no wobble or tippiness. My only concern is the foot ring seems to give a bit under heavy weight. Also, shopping for this chair, I found what appears to be the identical chair at a big box office store & Sam's Club price was 35% lower, so the price was very good.
This is a nice chair and comfortable. However, be aware that it is not adjustible for height. We had to adjust our table to make the chair work. In the listing information for the chair, it is not clear that it does not have an adjustment for height. Otherwise, a good chair. Also, the instructions for it are VERY sparse. We figured it out on our own.
The chair does not keep the piston extended. I called hon and they tell me that the piston pushes too far through the bracket thus depressing the button and allowing the piston to go down. They sent me a new part but after 3 days it now does the same thing. Seems like the design in flawed.
