The lemon waffles are my favorite. Love the flavor. I use the waffles before and during my runs to fuel those miles with something besides just gels.

They are tasty, they have a good amount of carbs and a good mix of fat and protein (i.e. not much of either). The only gripe that anyone could have about these is that they can pretty easily get crushed and become a handful of crumbs if you don't carry them carefully. Not a great size / form-factor to put in a shorts pocket, so you need a pack or small bag of some sort to carry them.
I eat one waffle when I go out for a long run. Gives me the carbs & energy my body needs to have a productive run. I love the honey flavored waffles! Tastes great!
Love the waffles! Really tasty, light and efficient! Wish you would also bring back strawberry and lemon though.
This is my go-to flavor during long runs, I mean really long runs since I do ultra races. The citrus taste is very refreshing even under warm or cold conditions.
Absolutely delicious; especially the pumpkin seed flavor! Great way to recover from a workout or add some protein to my diet. I just wish they offered coupons especially to frequent buyers!
I use this as a post weight training snack, prerun fuel and post run recovery. It's wonderful and it gets me back to feeling normal after bonking out. I will be a return customer. I absolutely love the taste!
