Great fire chest! Waterproof and fire resistant! Large one cubic foot of space! This safe comes with a small rolling cart also! Great product and value for the money!
I prefer this security box over any digital one. Heavy, so the roller is a great buy for this. Very well made.
This safe comes with a roller cart which is nice because you have to buy the roller cart separately with other safes. And this safe is a lower cost to begin with, so Iâm not sure what the value is of the more expensive ones. This safe is already fireproof for 1 hour and waterproof for 24 hours. Itâs very heavy at 90 pounds, so that roller cart is a necessity! This also has hydraulics on the heavy lid so it wonât come crashing down. Weâre very happy with this safe - itâs stong and durable and a complete kit. Thereâs 3 more things you need to know before you buy: 1) the gold-colored side clamps are an average grade of plastic. Theyâre not part of the lock, which is good (the lock is very sturdy and safe). The side clamps are probably to make sure it stays water-tight when itâs closed. Just be careful you donât slam them against a wall or they might crack. 2) the inside is HUGE! Good for hanging the Legal side Folders - NOT the Standard sized folders. Make sure you buy the Hanging LEGAL Folders! 3) we couldnât find the keys at first. Theyâre taped to the styrofoam that lines the inside box, donât forget them!
Good size for important papers, and being on wheels it's easy to slide out of the way under my desk. Size, mobility, fire and waterproof were my requirements and this fits the bill beautifully.
The measurements described are for the outside, the inside measures smaller and that should of been noted unless I missed it. Other than that I love the safe.
very nice. I like that I can easily get to documents like in a file drawer rather than stacked in a safe but protected against fire/water. It is very heavy but the wheels allow easy movement. Due to weight, it is difficult to unpack but wheel stand is easy to assemble. Lifting on to wheel assembly is even difficult for two people due to weight. Like the pneumatics lifts to hold heavy lid up for safety. Only complaint is that the latches (seen as cream in pic) are plastic and not strong enough. Mince came with one broken and it is too heavy to exchange/return and you have to destroy box to get it out.
It's ok. The fit and finish isn't wonderful: latches don't work smoothly, the hinges creak when opening
It looks safe and fire resistant, but I just wonder why these keys are so cardboard? Seriously, fragile keys? They may be broken too fast, and how should I open the safe?
MY SAFE WAS CRACKED IN THE CORNER NOT HAPPY WAITING FOR HELP. The box was not damaged
ordered the box WITH THE WHEEL BASE. the product number for this and the one without the base are the same!!!! The wheel base never arrived!!1
