This product came in a small sample bottle when i bought my Hoover carpet cleaning machine. It works really really well. However, this supplier sent a completely different product which I returned. I did not want a Tropical Breeze scented carpet solution. It seems this particular product is very difficult to find and I hesitate to re-order it here, for fear of receiving the wrong item again. If you can find this exact solution, I highly recommend. I had brand new carpets on which my new dogs peed on and this got the smells out completely. I know because dogs will usually smell where another has gone, and I have a lot of dogs visit my home.
I purchased this after my poor dog had a "messy" time while not feeling good. Let me tell you this stuff worked wonders. Left the area stain free and eliminated the odor. Will definitely be keeping this on hand from now on.
This carpet cleaner is amazing. I can see and smell the difference which makes me a happy girl! I have three dogs and a cat in the house and I have been on my knees scrubbing, so glad I don't have to do that anymore. Thank you Hoover you made an excellent little carpet cleaner.
I've tried this for the pet stains on my carpet and it Works pretty good and leaves a really nice fresh clean scent
I bought this last week and let me tell you wow! I've been struggling to get the smell from my cats out of the carpets and this did the trick! I couldn't believe it because I've tried everything. It smells amazing and I only had to use it once! I highly recommend if you have animals!

I have a two year old Husky that I adopted as a puppy from the shelter so you can imagine the rest. The Hoover carpet shampoo has my house smelling fresh and clean and did a great job. Buying direct from Hoover.com was a great value because I can only buy one jug at the store for the price of two jugs directly from Hoover. I recommend the Hoover carpet cleaner machine also. I am very pleased with the results.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this to restore my carpeted stairs that my 3 cats and 2 dogs ran into the ground with vomiting, dirty paws, and accidents; by the time I was done those stairs looked brand new, I refilled my machine only twice and there's still plenty solution left in the gallon container.
I have 2 cats 3 small dogs and 2 grandtwins! That's a lot for a brand new 2 story home. After purchasing the Smart Automatic Carpet Cleaner and using the Oxy Cleaning Soap my daughter decided to get a puppy to add to or furry family. Unfortunately, our 13-year-old Mini Pin passed on. Well, the puppy was really having an issue using the puppy pads. So I decided to purchase the Paws and Claws Carpet Cleaning Formula, best decision I have ever made. This product breaks down the enzymes from the urine and poo! And the best part about it I have noticed it seems to continue to work even after the carpet is finished. It's like its magic and keeps working. The stains are gone which in some product you use for pet cleaning looks good after you clean the carpet but returns a few days later. This cleaning solution so far I have noticed removes the stains completely. This product is well worth the money it cost. It really truly works! I highly recommend this product!
I got this last time I was at the store. I got it in hopes to help eliminate the pet smell we have in our family room. I used it twice and can tell a big difference already. Its lightly scented, it is not over powering at all.
Wemostly live in the downstairs of a two story house. Unbeknownst to me, our rat terrier made ine of the upstair rooms as his emergency bathroom during storms or cold weather. I can not describe what I found when I started to turn the room into a home office!! I really did not know what to do. Luckily I found the Paws and Claws cleaner. I ended up using my carpet vacuum (didn't have a carpet cleaner) along with this product. It did a great job of removing stains as well as the 'stink'! Smells great and easy to use.
