Great product. It got the stains out of my new carpet and has a fresh, clean scent. I have one cat that urinates on my entry landing in the winter. This is due to outside critters hibernating under my condo building. This got the smell out of the carpet with the stains. She even stopped for two weeks and used her box, until we heard them scratching under there again.
I have 2 boys, a cat and a dog. Beige carpet. Cleaned even the blackened spots. Love this product. HOWEVER, I purchased 2 and the box from the sender was huge and damaged. One of the bottles was damaged. I returned it to a Walmart and they were quick to refund me (I showed them the box.)
Our two 16 year old cats are getting very untidy. This shampoo worked great and helped with order elimination.

I ordered this from Wal Mart because the price was a little lower than Amazon. Sure, the shipping is free from Wal Mart but to wait 2 - 3 weeks for it to be delivered is kind of ridiculous.
I have ordered this product three times and have yet to receive a bottle I can use. The first shipment was delivered to my house crushed and leaking in the driveway. The 2nd reorder was rejected for delivery by the post office as the product was running out of the box. The 3rd reorder was shipped directly to the store. nWent to pick it up last night and the clerk opened the box only to find product had run out of both bottle and filled the plastic bags. I give up!!! Walmart needs yo take more care in shipping and actually put some packing around the bottles rather than tossing them into the box with no protection.
Don't know the entire contents was spilled inside the packaging when I received it better off to buy and try the products from a store
Went to pick up the product, and when the associate opened the packaging, the container was leaking. I went quite a bit out of my way to pick this up at the store. Glad I didn't get it shipped to home!
