I'm not sure how accurate the measurements are - I assume it includes the volume of the tubing, but they are close enough. It is flexible, and the end cap keeps the last few drops from ending up on the garage floor. I use it to change oil in a generator and a mower.
Very flexible, just what I needed to get to the filler opening on my Honda snowblower!
Best Funnel
I bought this one to transfer gas from my 5 gallon new epa gas plastic cans whos spouts are no good as anyone who has them knows. I have had a other one I use only for oils for 5 years. Unlike a regular funnel the gas goes into cup without splashing around. Tube in the tanks and have someone hold the cup by the handle and use the gas can without the spout. My oil one I have had for years and after use I wash it out, dry it and plug the tube with a paper towel . I removed the black plug so the liquid flows faster out of the larger diameter tube. works great and no leaks and has a metal mesh filter too which is not in the product description

Works Good - No handle as pictured
Pros: Great tool for use on a motorcycle because it measures in both metric and American volumes. Cup has a lid and hose has a plug so that there's no mess between uses.
I tried one of these and found it to be average. It works well as a funnel but not for retaining liquids, as the lid does not seal tight and liquid leaked out of the bottom. Also it would be nice if the flow tube would adapt to a quart oil bottle which would make it much more universal.
