Remove cover and empty liner before washing, machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Do not wash filling, spot clean. Chillable cold therapy offers relief from muscle aches, swelling, insect bites, sunburns, headaches, fevers, and the summer heat. This product is hypo allergenic.
