Hot and cold plush neck wrap is 13x18 inches in size, perfect for men and women. Cover is 100-percent polyester. Liner is 100-percent cotton. Filling is 100-percent buckwheat seeds. Remove cover and empty liner before washing, machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Do not wash filling. Filling can be placed in freezer for freshening. Chillable cold therapy offers relief from muscle aches, swelling, insect bites, sunburns, headaches, fevers, and the summer heat. This product is hypo allergenic.
