I wish this had been out of stock before I ordered it. It's the most awful product I've purchased from Walmart and now stuck figuring out how to return it since it came from Easy Vision Inc. First, it had pieces floating in the box; it's crooked and cuts crooked so that totally defeats the purpose of one buying a paper trimmer, and it's poorly described as the box says "wooden bottom" and there is nothing wooden about this. I sure hope that I'm refunded as well as given the postage-paid paperwork to send this back -- not that it's worth sending back! UGH! Moral of story: Watch Walmart third-party vendors.
4 sheets of paper slipped under the top guide. The blade did not contact the registering plate initially so the paper buckled and did not cut 90 degrees. This item cannot be returned to a Walmart store. The seller offered a 15% discount, keep the item as a gift to someone and wanted a video to show their engineers the problem. I settled on $6.50 refund. "My name is Crystal ,the representative of Customer Service and I appreciate the opportunity to assist you further. $6.5 is the highest i could win." You decide.
