hello, i didn't use the full circle pair, just the horseshoe ones, very nice quality item/brand, I was looking for the spike ends, had to order online at walmart. com. fast shipping, great product. lol-so buy it already!

Make sure you know what diameter you need. Me and my daughter bought these for our nose piercings and they are too small. Right guage, just too small to fit properly. Wish they would listed diameter size as well as guage size
got these for nostril piercings but they were even too small for my septum too. i took it right out but in the small time i had it in, despite making sure to tighten it as much as possible the spike screwed itself out and fell out
