I called the manufacturer, because the wheels were not staying affixed to cart. The manufacturer is sending a replacement, because after the initial trip to the store, the wheels popped off and ia had to junk it.
bought it for a xmas present. 2 wks later now its broken. very weak frame. only put about 30lbs in it.
bought this for Daughter had it sent to her, could not wait for her delivery day!! She does not drive, and just left for college, and has to walk, and take buses to get around... She is a little person was having trouble getting all she needed to her house, had to make a few trips to get her groceries. So she got it yesterday September 9 2015 on the 10th went shopping so happy to do a bigger shop day... She leaves store and the front bar broke!! she had a terrible time getting home... ( I felt terrible for her as her mom and tried to make her life easier, the excitement waiting and watching the progress of the arrival ) This company needs to make this up to her! Her life is hard enough. I spent the extra for a better product, So disappointed...
Broke a wheel putting it on. I doubt it would have lasted a week anyway. The rest of it seems okay. I may try to drill the axel and use a cotter pin. Attached photo shows one unbroken pin and the broken one. You may be able to see the two tiny prongs on the far right piece that broke.
