I purchased 4 of these for two sets of 16 chargers that I have. The chargers I have are very thick and heavy weight, so it is not possible to fit 12 in the chest, which I actually fully expected when I purchased the chests. The chargers are very heavy, and I can't even carry a stack of 12 of them, so one set I split 8/8; the other set fits 6 per chest, which means I need to purchase one more, which I will be happy to do when they are back in stock (hopefully soon). For the price, these are a great deal; I have many other similar types of containers that I have purchased for dishes and glasses in the past for significantly more $$, and the quality of these is far superior. I think that over time I will replace some of my older, less well constructed ones with this brand. Well done.
I love charger plates and have way too many! As I like to change them with the seasons/holidays, I got three storage chests (one is a red one for Christmas; easily recognizable!). The plates fit the container perfectly and it easily holds 12 plates. Love the clear window so I can see which plates are in there. Best part is the price. I have see what appears to be the same exact item on line for way more than Walmart charges and I can not believe they could be any better. Excellent quality.
Great charger (or large platter) storage, but the description says it will old twelve charger plates. Two were purchased - one held 4 (rattan) and one held 8 (resin), with neither having room for additional pieces.
Love the size. Wish the lid was attached with zipper, this would allow to be stored vertically, taking up less space.
