[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great little laptop so glad i bought it! Does every thing that my Desk top does and is just as fast.the price was very good and the quality of the laptop is first class. may get another one if i can find the same price.
INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED!!! Easy to set up- took all of 4 minutes to update, install %26 connect!! Cannot say enough good: *Battery is AMAZING!! I took it on a cross country trip %26 forgot the charger. To my relieved surprise, it was still fully charged, fast as heck %26 ran perfectly. **SUPER FAST!! Still shocked at how fast everything loads, displays, etc. It's wonderful! *helpful hints pop up every now %26 then to show me easier ways to do things. If I choose that option its effective immediately. *Display is sharp %26 beautiful Not sure about the sound; started out fine but its crackly sometimes %26 I can't figure out how to fix it. It's not so much of an issue as I don't use the sound often.
Good laptop for the price. 15 inch screen make a big difference. The contrast is somehow okay. Is not too heavy, the only think i didn't like is the camera. It say is full HD but doesn't seems full HD. My MacBook that only have HD have better camera than this.
Stopped working within 3 months of use .
Was billed $127 more for the color of the laptop I purchased. Walmart refused to refund the $127 on the laptop I wanted. I rate a F- on their online order system
It is damaged. I need a reolacement a As soon as possible please! My classes are about to start and i just opened it. The box was somewhat dented and looked like it had been opened on one side and taped back. Please help.

I didn't receive the laptop was delivered at wrong address and I tried to call both FedEx and Walmart to help to give me the house number where the the laptop was delivered and I was sent a picture of a house with no number and seems to be not our street and the case still on going hope I will get the best solution
bought may 2023 september 2023 they finally gave me refurbished laptop had 30 calls to support 3 trips to hp repair and still kust rebooted 10 to 15 times day
