Great cartridges that work (refills and generic cannot compare) every time. I have spent less on refilled cartridges but lost the savings due to ones that didn't work. I think price could be a bit better.
The HP78 ink keeps my older, enduring printer going! Stores don’t carry this ink anymore, but thanks to HP inks online, I can continue to use and enjoy my faithful printer. The ink is first quality, beyond question, just like it was when the printer was new.
Purchased recently and it worked perfectly. My past experience with third party products has been abysmal. The HP cartridges always work flawlessly in my HP 970Cse. The only complaint is the cost of HP cartridges. I may need to take out a second mortgage on my house if they get any more expensive. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I purchased my HP Photo Smart 1000 in 2000 and it is finally beginning to show it age. I can't tell you how great this printer was. As an artist I take photos to paint from and I always got super prints to work from. However this year it is not printing as well and the cartridges have to be cleaned before it will print in full color. : ( Since it is hooked to my 2000 computer I am stuck as the newer printers aren't comparable with the older PC, As a retired widowed housewife newer equipment is not in my future. the HP cartridge is still the best, Just wish my old printer wasn't giving up. Tried 3 online sites to get the right ink cartridge for an older Hp printer that I've had for 15+ years. it's a workhorse of a printer. I know it is old but a workhorse, but when I get a new one it will definitely be an Hp printer. But back to the point. I payed a little more then I wanted to but I finally got want I needed, the right cartridge that fits and works great. Thanks Hp for the right stuff. Always buy genuine HP cartridges for HP printers. The cheap copies are a waste of money. (HP printer cartridges always cost too much. But if you own an HP printer, it only makes sense to stay with them. The next time I'll buy a printer, I will explicitly buy one that uses reasonably priced cartridges.)
Very happy with item, but I was not warned about requiring new and different cables (which were difficult to locate) to connect to my monitor or my printer I was replacing an older system). Did delay setting it up. Once that was taken care of, the computer worked very well.
The HP cartridge is by far a superior cartridge to all the repurposed cartridges on the market, Although they are a lot less in price. You'll get your money's work when you stick with the original manufacturer product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
This was a previously used ink cartridge that was evident from the extensive insertion scratches. I was not listed as a remanufactured item. It was not seen as the correct cartridge by the printer and it took great effort to trick the printer into taking it. Not at all happy with your misrepresentation of the item.
THE CARTRIDGE DOES NOT PRINT WELL. I THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE THE BLACK INK CARTRIDGE SO I REPLACED IT AS WELL AND IT STILL DOES NOT PRINT WELL. COLORS ARE VERY DIM AND NOT AT ALL TRUE. PLEASE ADVISE. I BOUGHT TWO CARTRIDGES I WILL TRY WITH THE OTHER ONE AND LET YOU KNOW. I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THE ONE I'M NOW USING. PLEASE ADVISE.
