Never a problem with these cartridges will continue to purchase!
I especially like having the color inks available in a separate package from the black ink. Since I print more black than color inks, my usage rates of color vs black ink are quite different. Having the black and color inks available in separate, as well as combined, packages helps me save money by buying only what I need.

I used a cartridge before, and the quality of the print is exceptional. The cartridge is long lasting and clear.
Good Ink. But, difficult to separate the plastic tab from the cartridge.
The order itself was fine however when it was delivered it was during the pouring rain and left outside in the small boxes. Everyone needs to realize they do not put anything in bags unless you request I was a little disappointed with that. At least the ink was protected in wrapping inside the boxes
I saw the the delivery person use my envelope to try to kill a bug. I heard and saw the package hit the cement. He did not follow the specific instructions for the delivery. On my last food delivery that person left my order at a side door to the building. HIRE PEOPLE WHO SAFELY DELIVER MY PURCHASES. If my ink is damaged I will be returning it!!
I bought this in August 2021 and printed but a few pages. It now says Ink Low. How does this happen? It's supposed to print 825 pages. Look at the images. I also made a review on the black which, even though it says full, DOESN'T EVEN PRINT AT ALL after a few pages
Just installed and my printer tells me that printing is unavailable because cartridges are damaged. :-(
I don't understand why the plastic covering on the cartridges were torn open on all three items. Hopefully the ink is not effected.
