The service was great! The ink cartridge came on time and the price was reasonable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 Original HP Ink #92 (black) cartridges only to realize that my HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 requires a #902 cartridge. I truly love my printer and all its features, but I'm not able to use the cartridges that I inadvertently purchased.
Possibly the only way to get a fresh factory cartridge for this ancient but forever working HP photosmart C3180 all-in-one. In my experience HP printers far outlast any expected life span, to the point the excruciating price of cartridges will goad me into buying a new printer. I tried other large retailer and received thickened ink.
I purchased two of these online. They arrived promptly for in-store pickup. They cost less than what was available at other stores including stores that sell office products. I was able to pick the items up within just a few minutes at my local Walmart. I swore off "refilled" cartridges that cost less after repeated experiments failed -- some spewed ink, others ran dry very quickly. So, I went back to OEM cartridges.
I liked that it arrived a day before I expected it, and so I was able to get an esrly start on what I needed the ink for.
I always use HP printer ink cartridges for my HP printers. Nothing else compares.
Once available in-store, this product must now be ordered online. Aside from this inconvenience, the price was much lower via this method and it did arrive at the store in a few days. Ink is ink. It serves its purpose well but doesn't last long.
Do not like every time I turn on (t turn off frequently as I am not a big user) the printer, it runs a test paper first before it prints (after I have had it turned off). So I leave the printer on all the time to save paper.
hate the price, enjoy how long it lasts and how evenly it applies.
