so far so good, had this printer a few days and already printed over 100 pages, I like not having to worry about searching for ink, and they automatically send more to you. the only issue I have seen so far is if u try to put 1 sheet of paper in and print, it will get jammed, I recommend putting at least 5 sheets together. I also dont like how u cant print anything without wifi connection. but thats how they keep track of how much ink u have and when to automatically send u ink
I did not sign up for the Instant Ink program but I love my HP Deskjet 2755e. I was able to connect it via USB after I connected it to WIFI, as the instructions directed. It has never dropped the WIFI signal. I put my WIFI router beside the printer, instead of leaving it on a lower shelf of my computer cart and I also plugged the printer into a wall outlet instead of a power strip. These are 2 suggestions that I found online when I had problems connecting to WIFI. Though HPSmart was easy to use, there was some confusion because I was not familiar with connecting a wireless printer. A little Internet research helped me tremendously, as my info above shows. It wakes immediately from sleep and prints right away. The color is more true-to-hue than my Canons ever were. I did not want a wireless printer. If I had known that the "e" in 2755e meant wireless, I would have bought the 2755. So far, this printer has been working out perfectly and I am happy with my purchase.
I like this compact hp inkjet printer. Set up with ink (came with it) was good connection wireless with android phones and hp laptop. You can always attach it with the cord to your computer. Registered and printed out clearly.
Overall it is a great and affordable printer. I did have to restart the setup a few times to get it to connect to my devices. Prints bright colors perfectly! Other than that so far so good!
I got 6months of free ink under their subscription and 700 pages to print per month. Easy to set up; can set up under WiFi or WiFi Direct but needs to be connected to the Internet for ink shipments to be mailed. Prints image and docs great.
This printer is seriously amazing! 😃 It prints fast, the color saturation is perfect and I can actually print things from my phone since it is wireless! 🙌🏻 I also signed up for the three months of ink and sure enough, I receive a package in the mail with more ink cartridges when the ones in the printer begin to get low. I definitely recommend this printer!! 😃
Got this for a while and it's been very helpful. I could order to print from my phone or my computer which is super convenient , it just need you to download the app on the phone. It takes only few minutes to start the printer and to finish the printing process. The printer is light and compact, it doesn't take up too much of space. I would recommend it !
Really love the printer but it came with an empty cartridge of ink . Printer says it's a defected cartridge or used something like that now I need to wait and get one
I like the printer. It does the jobs well. After 3 months, I tried to print some photos and found out that on the photos when looking at an angle, you can see clearly an imprint of the ink cartridge on the picture. How can I "EXCHANGE" for a another one?
It was junk right out of the box! It was brand new NOT refurbished and packed very well. Would NOT hook up to brand new Windows 11! Talked to 2 nice people from "HP India Tech Support" over 2 days, 10 HOURS total, both were unsuccessful! :-( Sent back, what a waste of time! :-(
