This is an economical printer 🖨 that works as good as a high end printer.
This is an amazing printer! I'm a teacher and my current printer was not doing the trick. I had so much to print to get ready for back to school and my old printer constantly ran out of ink and the ink was expensive! The ink is affordable with this one and I was able to sign up for the instant ink! I've already used the instant ink once and it came in 2 days. There's no streaking when it prints and the colors come out perfectly. I'm so glad I bought this!

So far I am extremely impressed and the benefits it came with r wonderful.
Really like this printer! Chose it because of the additional copy feed portion when my old one of six years went out. You do have to be gentle to let the cover down so it doesn't crash. The copies are good both b%26w and color just like my old printer. I am a teacher and have subscribed to insta ink for six or more years and never had an issue. Only reason I give it 4 stars is that it does go offline occasionally. Just be sure your wifi doesn't go offline on the printer so they keep track when you need ink. Otherwise, a good workhorse!
The paper loading tray is rather deceiving as ordinary bond paper leaves about three quarters of an inch on the left side. So don't think you need to center the paper once you start loading it.
I only purchase HP printers….this is the fastest one I have ever had and the most expensive. In the 2 weeks I owned it, it sucked up 4 cartridges - less than 200 sheets in “draft” mode. Not even full pages, shipping labels. I never return anything and suck it up to lesson learned but on the 4th $18 dollar cartridge I loaded it up and took it back. Very disappointed because it actually printed faster than my laser printers but I couldn't just the time or money changing out ink cartridges.
When I first bought this printer it was working great, but as soon soon as I change the ink, it stopped aligning to my labeling paper correctly. I was creating labels.
A printer with severe deify design faults. If you leave the printer on after eight hours, it locks up and the only way to reset it is by unplugging it. In spite of over eight hours talking with the technical people, the issue cannot be resolved and was told that it's the design of of the printer.
It is an ok printer. The two side printing is ridiculous. I hate reloading to print two sided.
