I purchased the wrong item, I thought I was buying 10 reams box, but the box only had 5 reams
I printed a photo on regular paper (non HP color-lock) and the colors didn't look nearly as vibrant as printing that same photo on the HP color-lock paper. Photo was printed using a HP OfficeJet 8620.
My item arrived on time just as they said it would but box had been dropped by shipper in return damaged the box. After opening the package I noticed my laser paper was also damaged. So my online purchase was not a good idea when it comes to buying printer paper. I realize its just a ream of printer paper but it still cost me real money and not worth my time to return at local Walmart store to stand in line for an hour to return. But package did come on time and like I said this was not Walmarts fault was damaged during shipping dropped on corner of package put a nice dent in shipping box.
When I received the product, the outer packaging of the paper was off, the paper was crinkled, and just laying loosely in the box Wal-Mart shipped it in, and about 30-40 sheets on the top of the block had a giant slice going across the middle like it was cut with a box cutter on accident. I'm not returning it because I need the paper for a project at work, but I'm not very happy that I have to throw away 1/3 of the paper.
we ordered, in good faith, what we thought was 6 cases of paper. we received 6 reams of paper. when we questioned, we were told the listing was wrong. Not Our Problem! we wanted what we paid for, only to be told they didn't have 6 cases in stock. we are initiating a return. No Stars!
This was a ripoff. They advertised 5,000 sheets of paper per unit. I purchased 3 units, expecting to receive 15,000 sheets of paper. When the shipment arrived, only 1500 sheets had been included. When I contacted the vendor, the vendor claimed it was an error and that they could not fulfill the order. The description still says 5000 sheets to this very day. The vendor still has not corrected its description. This is scam to get people to pay $15 for only 500 sheets of paper, when the current market value for 500 sheets is around $5.
Saw a great deal on paper for 10 reams on sale for 12.89 for 10 reams of paper for a savings of 57.08 which is what showed on my invoice. When order arrived there was only 1 ream of paper and it was ripped open so not sure there were 500 sheets in there. Had terrible time trying to get Staples who the Walmart order was shipped from to make it right for us. Never ordering on line from Walmart again
They clearly advertise this they clearly advertise this as a Vicodin 10 individual packs of 500 pages each. Rena listing they put a total is 5000 pages. After you pay for it they send you one out of 10 containing 500 pages does 4500 sheets paper less they advertise I wish I read the reviews before purchasing I don't know how they consistently this at Walmart still allows them to sell through their platform

The item advertised as 10 ream case, 5000 sheets. Only 1 ream, 500 sheets arrived. Obviously false advertisement.
