Unfortunately I can't review the actual computer because it arrived broken due to the way it was packed! It was packed in the box with nothing more than bubble wrap on top of the screen. The mouse and keyboard were just thrown in and they were both old and warn. It looked nothing like the picture. I honestly believe somewhere between Walmart and FedEx the real computer was switched out with an old one. My other refurbished computer arrived in an original HP box and looked brand new. I took this to my local store ASAP and even they were confused about the way it was packed.
Machine was thrown in a box with nothing to protect. The screen was smashed as well as the stand. The mouse and keyboard were thrown on top with just a small piece of bubble wrap. Completely disappointed and angry. Will be taking this back to the store tonight for a refund.
I opened the box and inside was my new computer, but i took it out and it was broken it worked but the touchscreen was a mess as well. I shipped it back the next day for a refund, I don't recommend this computer at all period.
