So far so Good. Only had this for two weeks, but it is so much faster than my previous 3 year old laptop. Only things I would change would be more standard usb ports, a full size sd card reader, and a 10 key on the keyboard. The keyboard definitely has enough room for the 10 key on the side. If I hook up a wireless mouse, that takes the one normal size usb port away from being used for anything else (such as a flash drive, hooking it up to an external, etc). I did buy the 3 year accidental protection plan for peace of mind.
You took a great product and improved the only fault, the charging cable.
Very powerful laptop, with B&O speakers and great screen. Overall it has 1/2" larger screen, yet the laptop is the same size as my previos HP 360 laptop. Make sure to get a good hub if you need hardware connectivity.
The best purchase ever! This laptop turned out as expected and more. I have it for a week now and it has already surpassed all my expectations. The size is perfect for spliting the screen in two (not too small or too large) and it's also very lightweighted compared to the size. Also the design and the color is very pretty and gives office vibes. If so, the only things that I personally don't love about it is that the USB port is kind of hidden by a lid (don't really understand its use and it only difficults the USB entrance) and that the pen doesn't have a great responsiveness. Apart from that I'll recommend it a 100%.
Although I always hate to upgrade, HP support has helped me through it and I am beginning to enjoy my new computer. Lots of fancy features, bigger screen. Will continue learning.
I love love love this laptop. It was super easy to setup right out of the box. The screen is super vibrant and crisp. The sound is great. Battery life is decent. Actual scrolling, clicking, downloading, flipping between tabs battery time is around 6 to 8 hours. Face recognition was easy to setup and works even in low light situations. Keyboard is brightly light. It comes with a tilt pen that is super reactive. It is a little heavier than my last but not ridiculous. the hinges and case feel like quality well made material. You can use it as a tablet or laptop. The hinges are strong but not difficult to flip open. I compared several laptops with the same features and this one was the best price for a laptop with 16gb ram, 1tb of storage, 16 inch screen, backlight keyboard, 2 in 1 device, comes with a smart pen.
I needed a pc that had the specs that comes with this unit and a HDMI PORT to use for presentations. Its sleek designed and weight makes it comfortable to carry. It has a really nice when having multiple pages open.
Very good laptop. But I miss my desk top Be sure you really are ready to switch to a laptop before abandoning your desktop Also, it is advisable to pay extra for shipping unless you want to watch it sit for a week in a container before it gets delivered
It's built well. However, the keyboard and track pad were subpar, especially for the price. The screen is what did it in. It has a very washed out, dull screen. Went with an Inspiron 16 2 in 1 OLED instead.
Sorry but I have to rate this very low because the original machine we received did not work. We could turn it on and things seemed to work fine until we put it into tablet mode. Once we tried to put it in tablet mode the machine would shutdown
