Bought these for doing my walks in the winter. Sometimes the trails get icy and thought I'd try these out. They worked out fine for me.
These are awesome. The only complaint I have is when walking in snow, the toe becomes crooked and if not watched, will come off. However, on ice, they are awesome, I am able to safely walk my dog during and after an ice storm without ever falling or slipoing.
I am a 56yr old woman who happily shovels mall walkways during snow and ice storms. The M/L size fit over my size 8 women's boot easily and gives me the traction needed to safely move without slipping. They are reasonable easy to get on and off when entering a building even with long nails. I personally need some that are longer lasting/for commercial use.
These are really meant for a man's sho or an ankle-hi shoe/boot. They are too hi in the back for my shoes. I had bought another brand at Walmart store that was perfect and they sold out before I could buy a 2nd pair in the next size up for another shoe I needed it for. I will be returning this pair.
