O have been a faithful user of this product since my oldest daughter was teething. That's been 20 years ago. Now my grandson uses this product, and it helps to soothe his gums. It's a bit strong, so a LITTLE goes a Looooooonnnnggggg way! Though it's not recommended for babies, I used it on both of my kids. It was recommended to me frim another oarent years ago, and it worked wonders. Use your own discretion.
I thought I had ordered the gel which I love but this is a liquid and burns really bad. I don't recommend the liquid but I highly recommend the gel
