[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This saw is fantastic, I've had it a couple months now and zero problems to report. I've used quite a few mid grade saws and this one is my favorite so far especially considering the price. I have not ran into anything yet that the saw can't handle. I would say using good quality fuel with Husqvarna oil is a good call. There are a couple reviews on here saying that the saw isn't up to standard and honestly after using it i would say it's a pretty safe bet that they didn't care for the saw like they should have, proper maintenance goes a long way. 11/10 would recommend this saw for any home use or small to mid level professional work.
I use this saw around the back yard for small stuff (6 inch diameter) dropped by winter storms and to cut 30 inch rounds for axe throwing. Been running it since January 2020 with plenty of power and durability to go with it! Highly recommend!
Had a 141 for 2-decades until I backed over it with my truck. This new 445E is a BEAST! Starting it is a bit strange (guess I'm used to my old saw), because I haven't figured out a way to NOT-CHOKE this saw when hot, so the first pull is always dead... but the SECOND-pull is always perfect! This thing is easy to start, idles GREAT, instant power, torque on my hands is predictable. Had no issues cutting one-handed, cutting vertical, cutting horizontal, or cutting overhead. This 445E is heavy (about my limit for one-handed), but that also makes the saw more controllable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this saw several years ago to replace some old 41 and 42 saws. Quite a difference the newer technology makes. Faster cuts and much more fuel efficient. I use this saw too cut up at least 12 cord per year.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this chainsaw several years ago after having used Husqvarna 41, and 42 chainsaws for years. The 445 has more power, comfortable vibration free grip, and is much more fuel efficient. I can drop a good sized tree, limb it, and cut it for splitting all without refueling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned for several years. Only the most recent of a few other brands I've used in my 65 years. First one that I have been happy with long enough to buy a new chain bar. Has been great cutting up downed trees on my property after multiple hurricanes. l like that others that choose orange, post helpful videos and tips for those of us that do our own maintenance and repairs. It is obvious that equipment is chosen by many because they are designed to last, to be used and repaired by owners. Parts are readily available and its easy to find people to do repairs for you if you prefer.
I picked it up used about a year ago. I have no idea how old the saw is but it looks like it's seen a lot of use. Always starts for me although it backfires sometimes. I've always used ethanol-free fuel. Cuts very quick with a sharp chain, plenty of power. Over all it's a high-revving, powerful, fast-cutting saw. A little loud so you'll want to wear ear protection. The bar oiler works fine. Follow the starting instruction, and make sure you don't over-prime it. Check the fuel level in the bulb before you pump it. There's usually enough fuel in the bulb already that pumping might flood it. Do these things and it should start for you every time. This is a tough, fast cutting, reliable high consumer-grade saw.
I bought this saw three days ago. And this saw has a vapor lock problem. After about 45 mins of running the primmer bulb will go dry and you can hear the gas sizzling on the in side of it . You can try to prime it again and it will fire but will not run.
