I've been taking this regularly for a few weeks now, and it makes a big difference in how I feel - stronger, calmer, more focused, more completely in my body. This is a regular part of my life from now on.

Wrote a review for Hyland's website as well purely because I think so highly of this product. This combination of minerals intending to supply vitally needed 'nutrients' to the cells does exactly that - and the change in one's well-being is remarkable. A sense of overall wellness exists!
I bought this online and had it about a week. I do take 4 a day under my tongue no after taste no side effects. Mayde this week i may see changes. I use Hylands leg cramp pills am and pm . Very please with both of them. I get rest with the pm pills and no sleep hangover. Qualty products.
I was looking for something to help with the brutal headaches I have. I had realized the connection between dehydration and my headaches. A store employee recommended Bioplasma. I've taken Bioplasma for the last 15 yrs, because I am not a homeopathic professional (nor from European countries) so I decided this is the most universal body salt to help me. I've used herbs and other non-pharmaceutical remedies; Bioplasma is my last resorts. Somehow it will balance out one way or the other whatever is bothering me. This bottle last me a year, which is a good investment for treating unknown maladies, and / or minor problems. It's teeny and powerful, best of all it doesn't carry a funny after-taste after the pellets dissolved under the tongue.
I learned about cell salts on a YouTube video. Usually people are deficient in one or more of the salts. I wanted to try them for my health and to my surprise, for the first time in my life my fingernails grew. I always thought it was a health reason why they were so soft.
