When I feel the itch to move in my legs or arms, I grab my Hyland's Restful Legs and take a couple tablets right away. It starts easing the itch to move in my arms first, then down into my legs. My grown daughter uses it also. our home always has Restful Legs in the 1st Aid Drawer.
I need it almost every night and while traveling. I'm glad that it's homeopathy and doesn't have any side effects. It works with in few seconds of taking the tablet. It melts easily and quickly on the tongue z and has no bad taste or flavor. This is my 2nd purchase already.

This was for someone that was having a problem with agitated legs and this medicine has worked great.
This has really been a gamer changer. I sleep longer and better, when I remember to take these pills before bed. I no longer kick my feet about or tap like crazy when I am sleeping. I have a ruptured Achilles in one leg and these really help for that also as I do not unknowingly move my leg when sleeping. Have not used in the day but I will be trying as I really feel in may help de stress me and slow/stop some of my compulsive movements.
i didn't think it would work but it did for a little bit not as much as I needed it to but I have really bad legs pain
I have chronic muscle spasms in my legs that my doctor calls RLS but might be early signs of Parkinson's disease. I am an 80 year old healthy male, not overweight. I've been taking 4mg Ropinirole at bedtime for 2 years, but there are nights when it is not enough to stoop the spasms. 4mg is the maximum dosage for RLS. 3-4 of these tablets usually stop the breakthrough jerking within 20 minutes. You will need to decide if they are worth $16 a month for 3 tablets a day.
I received the Chicken yesterday evening on the 21st on the expiration date. Besides being expired, it was so tough you couldn't even eat it if you wanted to.
