I have been using this product for many years and use it when I experience restless legs which usually occurs in the evenings. Highly recommend this product for great results.,
I've recommended these to others, after finding them for a friend, for years. I now use them and agree with the friends that I've told...they work, and work very well. I cannot believe the pain from the twinging muscles...and within minutes of using these the pain subsides to nearly nothing. I highly recommend this product!!

Have to take quite a few medications and consequently I will get the 'restless leg' syndrome unless I take a 'Restful Legs' tablet. Don't know how or why, but these work. Highly recommend.
these are amazing for leg cramps. I have them in m y purse, bedroom, office and living room. In about 2 minutes or less the cramp is gone
I thought I would try this for those hard nights with RLS. It helps!! It takes that creepy feeling away and it helps put me to sleep. So thankful that it works for me.
These are great for that Restless Leg Syndrome. Not hard on your stomach either!
Whenever I start to get that crawly feeling on my legs and a bit of exasperation I put a couple of these under my tongue and it isn't long at all before I feel calm and no longer have those jumpy legs and anxious feelings. Good stuff, thank you Hyland. I also like their Leg Cramp tablets.
Of all the products I've tried, this one works the best. Just 2 or 3 before bed and sometimes more later and I can sleep. They dissolve under your tongue and don't taste bad.
