Great rack but flimsy box doesn't survive shipping

The rack itself is excellent. It's easy to mount to the wall, has lots of holes so you can dial in the location of the cross bars to match your tire size, and seems quite solid once mounted. I was able to put all my weight on it without it flexing at all. The negative aspect of this rack is the packaging. It's horribly flimsy and does not survive shipping. It took three tries for me to receive a package that was not missing pieces due to having been torn to shreds from the shipping process. The cardboard is the flimsiest I've seen, and the components are heavy metal pieces that easily poke through the minute you lift the box. The third try from the shipper was literally *completely* wrapped in shipping tape, which is the only reason it made to me in one piece.
