took too long to be delivered
I'm over-65 and work out daily. I have all of the warm-up/cool down devices, from the standard and smaller Hypervolt, to Theragun's vibrating roller and mini-ball. This is the BEST warmup device sold. I put it on as soon as I get out of bed. My back is always stiff and sore. It gets me ready for activity. I bought one for each of my two houses and one for my son, who has had back problems. The next best device is the entry Hypervolt. Small, light and does as good as a job as the larger heavier one.
Great product for the reduce price
This is the most used recovery product in my house. I have the hypersphere, mini hypersphere, Hypervolt and Vyper. This device is used everyday for 20-40min per day throughout. This is the third one I have bought. The last one I had lasted for 3 years with that amount of use
My first Thanksgiving in years where I'm not in pain for days after a lot of cooking. So glad I bought this! Only negative is it just fits me. I'm not overly overweight but I can't see how a bigger person could strap this on. Is there an extender available? I searched the website. Same for the venom knee. Overall happy with my purchase
However gave 3 because of durability, it fell of the couch on carpeted floor still the LCD plastic screen cracked . The device works fine , heats up well and we love it . Would have given 5/5 if it didn't crack this easy . Excellent device . Heats up really nice , perfect for nice warm compress , vibration helps a lot with blood circulation
The battery won't hold charge for long . Approximately a full charge will go 2 full max time sessions . When I first got it one full charge would do 5 massages . I'm not sure if the battery is defective but . I sure would like to have it replaced …..
Heater works well. Vibration is centered on 4 spots so need to shift the belt around in order to get the vibration where you most need it. Would have been nice to be able to charge the unit from a USB connection so you can take it with you in the car, golf cart, etc.
In less than a year timing mechanism failed so that it would only operate for only 4 to 5 minutes without . recharging. it started much earlyer at about 12 minutes and kept getting worse. I puchased mine thru a chiropractor so I have no receipt to return it
Purchased Venom Back about a year ago. After two months and using maybe 3 times total it stopped working. I sent back under warrantee and they stated they repaired the original and sent it back. I used it once and put away for several months. 3 months later it stopped working again . So after one repair and using it for a total of 4 times I gave up and threw the thing in the trash. I don't have time for the hassle. Great product when it works.
